Arcadia House is a charming colonial B&B with character. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the coast and CBD. Our room was cozy and well-equipped, featuring a lovely door that led to the verandah for breakfast. the communal fridge and tea facilities were a nice touch.

Thin walls could be bothersome. Parking on the lawn is fine.

The double room we stayed in were spotless with very comfy bed. The location was good, for example, Arakwal National Park was relatively near the hotel.

Shame the bathroom was tiny.

My stay here was such great! Hotel was so quaint and beautiful. It was in the central location to the centre of Byron. I enjoyed hot beverages at The Donut Nest. My room was comfy with easy on foot access and comfy bed and bedroom.

The room I booked was well maintained except for a small crack in the window and available with ensuite as per the photos. The location was central, amazing as close to the town centre as expected...

Thank you for a VERY ENJOYABLE stay. This is a charming old and quaint place, with central location and spotless rooms. The hotel offers coffee and milk in the morning. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful, as well as owner.

Only downside was a small window crack. Would DEFINITELY go back!

Neat and cosy rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Some rooms have separate non-shared bathrooms. Located in a quiet street, 15 minutes from town center.

Stayed in a room with no window, but who needs natural light anyway? Heard everything my neighbors were up to, including personal calls and bathroom noises. Such a delightful and peaceful experience.

Absolutely loved every second of it. Couldn't find a single flaw.
